The Pumpkin Patch

Every year, our family heads to the Pumpkin Patch at our church to pick out some pumpkins and take a few pictures. This year, the older boys were a tad reluctant to pose for pictures. Actually, they flat out refused. Really, who could blame them since they have each been photographed more times than Britney Spears and Oprah combined? We worked it out, though, (my kids are so sweet) and I got some cute shots.

Picking the perfect pumpkin:

Some pumpkins are more excited about being perfect than others.

I think I'll keep him, though.

Thing 4, always one to notice the tiniest details, spent a lot of time admiring this little ladybug.

With teen boys around, it's difficult to get a serious shot. One or the other of them is always goofing around. Such is the nature of teen boys...or maybe just all boys. It's just one of many things I love about having boys in the house.

The big boys even tried their hands at a little photo bombing.

I used to color coordinate everyone's outfits before these photo ops. Now I'm just happy to get them all in the same picture without having to do some serious Photoshopping.

Happy Fall, Y'all!
